Full Nelson 1.1 playtest tonight with @sprandell.bsky.social at the SLW club night. Old fashioned play test with lots of reference back to the rules, but I think we got there without too many errors. Looking forward to another game soon! #spreadthelard, #shedowargames #wargames #wargaming

Played Fate of the Fellowship at the @badmooncafe.bsky.social with @roundwoodsworld.bsky.social and @desmondo.bsky.social. Lost after losing The Woodland Realm as a Haven, not killing enough Orcs so losing Hope that way and then having all 9 Nazgul in Frodos location for a search.

It's a limited playtest group of the current draft rules. So naturally they would only send them to paid members who asked to playtest. It's not a giveaway of rules.

Well, my first really big ACW battle, Gettysburgs Day 1 Heth's attack at @desmondo.bsky.social Shed o War I As one of the union players, got absolutely mullered by confederate artillery in the ridge but held it long enough to secure a union victory by game end. Played using Des's rules.

It's doable just that thing when it says prepare the marinade,.now marinade for 6-24 hours. Ok I'll look at the Daal recipe. Add up the number if hours of simmering the lentils (around 5-6) and even starting at lunchtime is too late!

Second Game of Snokers (Good Ho!). Using GHQ 1/2400th, Italian and French forces. Probably somewhere in the Med early in the War. No scenario as we're just getting up speed. We're really enjoying these rules. #sorkersgoodoh #Wargaming #DurhamWargamesGroup
