For a long time, I've put off going for a run outside because I didn't think I was fit enough (and was, of course, far too self-conscious). This lunchtime, however, I finally went out for just over 30 minutes. I did it!... and it was fine!

I didn't realise until last night the First Light 007 theme had been released. I'm getting a little too good at avoiding (in case of spoilers) the news of things that interest me. I love the composition. It's been stuck in my head all morning. Looking forward to getting near the piano later on.
