I’m thinking of changing my political affiliation to Independent from Democrat. The Dem leaders of our country are more concerned about propriety and norms, while the world around us is falling apart. Where are the fighters? Who is going to protect us? Why don’t they care?I’m so damn disgusted

The average USian doesn't understand money, logistics, or foreign affairs. Most have not travelled outside of their containment zones but are told their precious opinion is worth gold. The least the media and governments can do is provide them with actual digestible information.

A big mistake has been to refer to aid by estimated equipment value, instead of "$2.5 billion" it should have been "x amount of artillery rounds, ammo, used \ to be disposed of vehicles". Pragmatism and general knowledge would have been beneficial instead of capitalist jargon.
