iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

The rom hack is Heart and Soul, if you're wondering.

It's getting late, so I'll try finishing the main game of this rom hack tomorrow. A very cool, high quality rom hack that I can recommend to anyone looking to scratch that classic Pokemon itch. Here's the final team before the Elite Four. We are all metalheads here 🤘

It's not groundbreaking or anything, but it's a cool detail that adds so much charm and character to Gen 2.

It took me a while to catch this detail. Your rivals Golbat, even at the end of the main game, is still not evolved. That's because it's a friendship evolution, and your rival doesn't treat his Pokemon well, so his one Pokemon that's a friendship evolution, still isn't evolved.

"By using AI, tasks like essays that used to take hours can be completed in minutes!" Sure, like how if I arrive at the gym and immediately go for a shower, my workout is done in record time. And if I throw my sandwiches straight in the bin, I can finish my lunch in under 10 seconds.

I finished up the last few episodes of Daemons of the Shadow Realm, and dude, what is it with anime's this year, and ending on the most nasty cliff-hangers ever? Witch Hat Atelier already hurt me, now Bones gotta do it too?

A screen shot of the Guts man boss fight in mega man 1 on the NES, the Square boulder sprite that Guts man throws in the game is replaced with a photo shopped picture of a square rabbit for comedic effect.

Daemons of the Shadow Realm Adapting Hiromu Arakawa's lastest, ongoing manga, this show has quickly became one of my favourites anime's this year. It's a slow burn, but when it gets good, it gets really good. I'm so excited for what season two will have in store.

I do want to get into reading novels at some point, but I have no idea where to start. I'm interested in the Lord of the Rings novels to see how different they are from the movies, but also Dune and Blood Meridian.

Guy who built a career mocking children's artwork, and trying to pick up a girlfriend through his comment section is calling people embarrassing. Absolutely hilarious. No self awareness at all from this bullying scumbag.

This happened with a Street Fighter 4 rollback mod recently as well, with Claude being credited. It's a straight up epidemic of vibe coding dogshit. Nobody wants Claude or ChatGPT or whatever AI chatbot slop in their mods and recomps. Stop doing this.

Seeing the Smash Bros Brawl rollback shit really has me worried for UMvC3 rollback mod. I really hope the devs for that hasn't snuck that low, but with everything going on, it's hard not to be cautious. I'm just so sick and tired of vibe coding, AI dogshit. Pick up a coding book.

I was so excited for SF4 rollback, until I saw this. How hard is it to just pick up a book and learn how to code? Stop relying on vibe code slop, it never goes well.
