“Do you know what it means to write the earth?
This is a serious question. What does it mean?
To write the earth is the foundation of our discipline. How is that we understand that none of our work is done without collaboration and the collective? When we ask the earth - its landforms, its climates, its plants, its animals, its humans - to give to us, to share stories with us.”
