A lot of folks genuinely have no idea how many manga and anime following magic knight rayearth were influenced by it! it was so big when it came out and now there are so many people who will see it for the first time.

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Finding out a handful of friends of mine have never experienced the series and want to watch it specifically because of how passionate I am about it makes me so happy. Let my insanity about the manga drive you into the arms of an amazing story

One week away to a proper adaptation of my favorite manga of all time

I don't know. we'll see. Thank you folks for sticking around and enjoying what I have been doing. I'll keep figuring it out.

I don't know how to reconcile this with myself. I don't know how to make this work to be productive, and be healthy to myself. So I may not have any new content, for twitch or youtube, for a while until I can sort this out with myself. If I come back to streaming, it may be sporadic, unscheduled.

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

I've spent this month thinking a lot about what I want to do. I miss streaming and I love doing it, but I know I can't keep up the schedule I had. I like editing pre-recorded content, but I don't like having to block out time to sit, record, and not do anything else.

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

they don't got the sauce at ALL 😭 the volume 1 they had was the original cover, and looks like for the 2026 anime next week they're re-releasing the original MKR covers for a limited time, they're sooo gorgeous

100

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I feel that. Somewhere mid-xxxholic and TRC I just stopped enjoying their works, but I still love their early works dearly. MKR and the tokyo babylon/x series probably being my favorite, but Clover was gorgeous to read. My local bookstore recently had volume 1 of RG veda behind glass for sale 👀

everyone wants to tell artists what to do and i wish we could shift to telling audiences what to do sometimes. if you liked webcomics that were on tapas, follow somewhere else. learn to use RSS. don't let the seamlessness of apps turn your brain into soup. you can change your habits

I can't wait for our main character to have a heart so big she loves everyone equally and is not doomed to fall into a romance plot

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I think one of the funniest things about this is seeing the anime olds going 'oh I can't wait to see hikaru/lantis as a ship again!" my friends in cefiro. hikaru never fell in love in the manga. that was an anime only thing.

this is the only series in existence that I own multiple print copies of in multiple languages. this manga is so so so important and if you liked m a d o k a you should watch magic knight rayearth when it comes out. watch it to the end. I swear to you.

nozaki-kun and kaiji would also be there. I am always trying to spread the princess tutu-nozaki kun-kaiji trio agenda and get more people to watch them

000

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

if I were to do a current day spread, witch hat atelier anime and manga would be on there along with dunmeshi and I don't know that much else would change tbh I'm so picky what I spend my time on these days that if a manga/anime doesn't grab me within 3 episodes I drop it

I remember the SuperS: Black Dream Hole was the first anime VHS I ever owned and I had to sneak it into the house because my mother HATED sailor moon. Princess Mononoke was the first anime dvd I ever owned, so those truly hold a special place in my memory.

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Similarly I also decided to do a film specific one as well. I saw Promare in theaters an embarrassingly cringe number of times but god I still love it.

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I also did the thing This is more "what was formative" than "what I love RIGHT NOW" because that's a completely different list the manga list came to me so fast without any hesitation, I read a lot more manga than I do watch anime

Hey as a general rule, I don’t accept or respond to cold dms from artists about to pitch me their commissions. I have artists I work with and a short list of other artists I plan to commission at later times. It is an instant block so save yourself some time and don’t do that ✌️

1. games have better longevity visually when they go for hyper-stylistic art design rather than hyper-realism 2. there still has yet to be any game announced that makes me want to get a switch 2 while it's still at that high price tag

110

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I try not to be super negative about things without provocation where I can help it so I'll say exactly two things

110

Space ✨demon moth ENVtuber 🦋 @spaceconfession.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I came into the franchise late (in my 20s in the 2010s, purely for context that I have no nostalgia) and not only is the art direction shit, they literally just made the same game. It's just the same game, nothing new added except hyper-realism that's going to age like milk in about 2 years.
