So, uh, I had emergency open laparotomy last night for suspected incarcerated bowel in my umbilical hernia. Good news, no loss of bowel and reduced hernia. Bad news this style surgery means it could come back someday.

I got my first community guideline strike on tiktok for responding to a video by literally repeating what was said with laughing emojis. “that pose is nasty” was a strike but “live, laugh, lobotomy 2025” is perfectly cool. 🤨
