Slowly working on being functional. Once I finish eating and taking care of things I need to do today, I'll probably paint my nails on stream. Dunno if I'll do anything else, but I'd at least like to finally get my nails repainted since my nails are done breaking a bunch from stress fractures.

Now seems like a fantastic opportunity to remind folks in hobbyist + special interest communities: Using #Discord servers as data repositories is (and has always been) an incredibly abysmal idea when it comes to preservation of information. Don't quite know what I mean by that? I'll go into it:

Young Link begins his journey in Ocarina of Time, peering into the deceptively large interior of the Great Deku Tree.

A warning to AI Bros that it's proudly human made and that bans from repros will be handed out if Claude is a contributor on any PRs

The Sonic Time Twisted developer becoming an AI bro makes me sick. So many people I've respected as artists, devs, musicians, etc, have become AI slop users and I'm so goddamn sick of it.

I love having a migraine that forces me to take my sumatriptan, and while the main pain is gone, I still have stuff like the goddamn skin of my face being sensitive and painful near where I usually feel migraines. They don't normally get this bad, even on my usual bad days. Hate when this happens.

OH. right! i get it now!

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

An excerpt from a Subway marketing image that reads "WITH EXTRA CHEESE? GO ON" but the spacing between the words is very small so it looks like it says "GOON".
