Working on the Creature Vash one-shot today and already starting off strong with Vash having way too many teeth that it makes it hard for him to smile. Wolfwood's like "fuck I know I shouldn't put my dick in there - however...." This is TriMax vashwood, btw. I headcanon that Vash with scary teeth

Vashwood scribbles! Imagine a mistletoe being above them, then it's a christmas scribble 🎄 #trigun #vashwood

A collection of tiny scribbles of Vash and Wolfwood, first with Vash clinging to Wolfwood, then them arguing, and lastly Vash interrupts their argument by kissing Wolfwood which leaves him bewildered before returning the kiss.

Crazy stuff happening in the Trigun franchise right now #trigun #trigunstargaze #vashwood

A scribble of Wolfwood (post Episode 8 of Trigun Stargaze) sitting in a bed, Vash next to him, smiling at him while he holds Wolfwood's hand in his and has a reassuring hand on Wolfwood's shoulder.

Close up of Vash and Wolfwood's faces, Vash leaning his head on Wolfwood's shoulder and laughing with closed eyes while Wolfwood is smiling fondly down at him.

A bust up drawing of Wolfwood with his white hair, looking a bit sceptical with one eyebrow raised down at something while smoking.

Oh nooo they had a fight (Wolfwood ate the last donut without asking or something) #trigun #trigunstargaze #vashwood

Drawing of Vash and Wolfwood post Trigun Stargaze. Wolfwood is leaning over Vash who is pointedly looking away and very clearly sulking. All the while Wolfwood holds Vash's chin in one hand, crowding him with the other arm and grinning rather smugly.

Gotta be one of my fav scenes from the manga, the Arc part...it's when you see the utter trust they have for each other... *howls into the night* #vashwood #trigun

A scene from Trigun, where Vash escapes with an unconscious Wolfwood from the Arc. The are flying through the air, and Vash is gripping onto Wolfwood while part of his wings are out. We don't see Wolfwood's face, onl lots of bloodstains on his clothes. The ground is loosely hinted at beneath some clouds, and in the upper left corner the Arc is seen with some smoke coming out of it.

I bet they're thinking of a very funny thing Milly said (or maybe Brad pulled a funny face) #vashwood #trigun

Watercolour drawing of Vash and Wolfwood from Trigun. They are wearing their outfits from the Ship 3 episode, the casual hoodies, and both are laughing. Vash has his exes closed, and Wolfwood is nudging him with his elbow and grinning.

Rewatching 98 Trigun

A screencap from the anime Trigun (1998) of Nicholas D. Wolfwood with comically large eyes, crouching and holding a shattered knife. The subtitle reads "Too big! Too hard!"

finished reading the nausicaä manga recently and unsurprisingly liked it a lot.. 4 color risograph print (cornflower, bright olive green, bright red, hunter green)

fanart of the nausicaa manga: small inset panels of fires raging, the fungal forest, and the white glider in a blue sky, over a background of columns of petrified fungi, slowly collapsing into still water and darkness.

A busy stall of flowers to wish you a very happy Easter / bank holiday weekend! 🌷✨ I painted this serious-about-plants tapir recently using gouache, something I’ve been wanting to use more of 🎨🖌️

A tapir wearing an apron and some serious side eye, standing behind a bright stall stacked with colourful plants and flowers.

So this plant lore long-fic is also going to probably isolate some readers since I want to have Vash at the center of a very complicated poly relationship with Wolfwood and Meryl but also Knives. Basically Vash oscillates between the two groups - his humans and his brother

SourisWriter @souriswriter.bsky.social · 17h

One of the things I want to explore in my plant lore long-fic is a StampGaze version of Chronica and Domina. Sad we only got to hear Chronica's voice in Stampede. But this longfic is also a Knives lives AU, and I want to write Chronica and Domina meeting Vash and Knives

Also, like rereading The Left Hand of Darkness was something I wanted to do to prep for this long plant lore/mpreg Trigun fic I want to try and write. Although I want to finish my reread of TriMax before I start writing anything (and finish all the other WIPs lol)

I finally finished rereading The Left Hand of Darkness. I originally read it maybe 14 years ago. Don’t remember much of what I read back then. But I can say now that it was really good and Ursula K Le Guin continues to be one of the best sci-fi writers. Looking forward to reading more of her work

drawing of vash, qifrey, olruggio, and wolfwood. vash's arm is happily linked over qifrey's shoulder. both of them are holding shot glasses in one hand, and vash is drinking the last dregs of a bottle of something strong. brushbug is clinging to his boot. qifrey has a bashful smile on his face and is tensely bunching up his skirt so he doesn't trip.

olruggio lit a blunt with his palm quire and is helping wolfwood light his cigarette, to which wolfwood says "much obliged". wolfwood is bending over because olruggio is short :)

drawing of young versions of wolfwood+olruggio having swapped outfits. on the floor sit young vash and qifrey, also in swapped outfits. olruggio holds a carved wooden bird, wolfwood fiddles with his short tassel. vash's hat ribbon lays over qifrey's back, protectively, as qifrey stares pensively at a geranium in a terrarium.

Rod Serling was a king. WWII paratrooper in “The Death Squad,” TV pioneer, LOUD critic of McCarthyism who knew his status as a war hero put him in a privileged position to call shit out. Wrote critiques of racism into his scripts, created The Twilight Zone to escape the censorship that brought on.
