Truly I was just at Short Sand Beach, Oswald West State Park and I saw hundreds of starfish at low tide. Highly recommend if you’re close by!

to start making games, there's lots of free
tools for folks just starting out. make weird
games, make something you want to
see! even just as a hobby, even just for yourself
or your friends, donʼt listen to the grind-set youtubers, ignore market demands,
ignore demographics, ignore payment companies,
'Good Game Design' is a myth, art can't be
made out of 'best practices', all design decisions
are specific to the game you are making.
games are a nascent art form, we've barely
scratched the surface of what they can express!
hopefully by creating more spaces like
this we can showcase the incredible things
being made and make people come away thinking
'maybe i could make a game!'
