My GP recommends swimming for my back. I want to go. There are 2 communal changing rooms. Labour say I should use the mens. I am a visibly female woman with a GRC. If I use the mens there's a serious risk of me being confronted and worse. So where do I go? I don't. I'm segregated from society.

Honestly to get all GP data alone (currently registered alive patients) in the UK into FHIR format with API’s for sharing that data / record viewers etc would take a team of 15-20 people and about £400k a year of hosting costs. For lefts and dead’s prob 20-30 people and £2mil hosting

If pushed they usually say Palantir is about aggregating patient data from multiple disparate systems. There are at least 3 solutions that have been capable of aggregating GP / Hospital for at least the past 5 years. The problem is these are all run by SME’s and the govt only want the big boys

Interestingly end of Sept and we still get days like this. Imported elect cost £3.13 Exported elec income £3.06 That’s an X5 hybrid charging overnight and some home battery yet we nearly end up in credit for the day. Just 7p spent on elec (We pay 8.5p overnight and get paid 12p for export)
