Keep up pressure on your MPs by writing to them, meeting with them and telling them the EHRC have got it wrong. Why? Because it’s working:

An EHRC spokesperson said: "We will consider this correspondence from the women and equalities committee (WEC) carefully and provide a full response to the points they raise.
"In light of the representations received from the
WEC and others, we are actively reviewing our approach to our consultation on the sections of the code of practice being updated following the supreme court's judgment.
"We will make a public announcement on the dates the consultation will open and close, and how we plan to engage with affected stakeholders, shortly."
