Every semester when I was at ISU, there was at least 1 engineering or comp sci student in one of my classes who was there for the gen ed credit. They always strolled into class at the beginning of semester convinced that it was going to be an easy A.

Our mail is extremely late today. It's usually here between 10:30 and 11:00 (I'm not obsessive -- the boxes are right in front of my apartment, outside the window that I sit next to most of the day -- so I can't help but see when they get here). They're not here yet.

Switched to the hockey schedule. Doing weekly instead of daily for now. I’ve been writing the date in Cornish for practice and looking at it as I’m typing this post, I just noticed that I misspelled misGwynngala. Ope.

A card with the date, time and opponent of the hockey teams that I follow. It is in a photo holder that consists of some wire flowers that are set in a clear resin base with green on the bottom. The holder and card sit on a table in front of a window.

Had a fantastic day sailing yesterday on the San Salvador, a replica ship in the San Diego Maritime museum. Ship below is the gem of the museum called the Star of India. Ship on the left in the second shot is the HMS Surprise used in the great film Master & Commander. Had a blast. Back in time.
