I'm rather left leaning and socialist but I also speak to benefit claimants for a living and they absolutely should not. It shouldn't even be a qualifying illness other than extreme circumstances. Parents not being able to say no seems to be a common thing with ADHD kids I know.

In 2009 Labour ended up with their lowest count of 4446 local councillors. This year Labour have 4630. The previous Conservatives councillor minimum was 4276. This year Conservatives got 3855. ! And Badenoch was joyous ! Has all the Starmer drama been about our right leaning media panicking???

It's not pure media concoction, but whilst the concerns on performance may have been playing out in the cognoscenti, the media has whipped segments of the less informed public into a visceral hatred of Starmer that they can't explain, and was a key factor in the local elections which pushed this on
