Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Both of them have very little interest in what the manga was trying to do with its pacing and storytelling. 020
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Kobayashi saw the Kaiba fight chapter and changed it try to make it a normal first bout with a rival while completely messing up the impact the loss itself had on Kaiba in the coming chapters. 121
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Toei Yugioh is so distinctly sluggish; I am taken aback every time I watch an episode of it. Like Inoue's idea of expanding the ep with the criminal who goes to where Anzu's work is to make the bit about Yugi and "Now we will explain in detail the bozo's history." It's a snail turned into an anime. 130
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 03/10/2026This early poster for Gundam 00 is so funny to me. It's just "cool robot" for one of the most thought-out entries in the franchise. 040

Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 30/09/2026I am still thinking about how this climax is one for one what Mashle's final arc was making fun of when it comes to Battle Shonen finales. Right down to the Ultraman Tiga ending homage. 130
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 30/09/2026120. Shin Samurai Trooper Season 2 Jesus Christ, what a mess. Genuinely, ranging from laughing at how bad it can be to staring at the screen in silence for five minutes a pop. 2/10 020

Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 30/09/2026118. Captain America: The Winter Soldier Easily the best film of the marathon so far. An outstanding production from top to bottom, along with a strong story with themes that still hold strong today. 9/10 110

Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 28/09/2026God, we can't even make Sam's big moment in the run so far stand on its own without injecting, "Hey, fellow kids. I know what you support and like, yo." 110
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Why did Waid choose to try to be hip when that isn't his bread and butter? You can get to this point without that. 120
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 28/09/2026The combo of Waid trying to be "hip" and him treating these relationships between these teens seriously, giving them time to talk it out and figure out their emotions, is one of the reasons Champions is such a good example of what this era of Marvel was like. Negative and positive. 121
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Marvel Now 2.0 may be one of the most dated comic relaunches of the modern era. 262

Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Wanda going evil and crazy is an end result of creatives and readers seeing a woman be aggro and hyper protective of their partner in a way a male superhero at the time could and going, “oh, she’s got the demon in her.” 150
Will @somerandomwill.bsky.social · 26/09/2026One of the things about reading older avengers is learning yes they are a family. And it’s because they are the only people who like each other on a personal level and have been together longer than most of the side characters in their own solos. 1103
