Depends on what mall you're near. Some breathed new life by rebranding as a high end experience with more expensive or niche stores I'm personally within 30 minutes of both a "Galleria" and a "Town Center". And the one still called "Mall" in walking distance has a "cereal milk" bar

You're probably right he'll try, but if all the black prisoners go to Liberia and the latino/latina ones go to El Salvador then cops may have to start actually arresting white people to keep the for profit prisons going. I think his rich friends will push back on this one
