Animated Howard Halifax 2002-2006 To keep fans of HBOS staffer Howard Brown occupied when he wasn't available to sing and dance, a cartoon counterpart was designed for him by Paris-based Numéro 6 - recognised back then for their grotesque CG animation style - and voiced by white actor Paul Shearer.

A short, grotesque, bug-eyed CG cartoon caricature of Howard Brown - a bald Black man wearing round glasses and a dark blue business suit - grinning as he drives a square orange car

Animated Howard sitting in the middle of a road while employees in a Halifax office lean out of every window and sing

Howard presenting a Bank of Scotland credit card in a spaceship

A money box designed after Howard - resembling both his real and animated counterparts - that like the first picture portrays him driving a blue square car

Continuing from yesterday, here are the shorts and film that I have seen today. I will also discuss about Corpse Bride.

The Gorilla Mystery is a Mickey short that has quite intensity as seen with the titular gorilla with how they snarl and growl. When Minnie was being kidnapped, it was quite harrowing for both her and Mickey. In fact, this short and along with Donald and the Gorilla were parodies of of Ralph Spence's 1925 play The Gorilla.

Hell's Bells is a Silly Symphony short that took place in the Devil's domain. It would take a few decades before the Night on Bald Mountain segment in Fantasia would essentially be a more enhanced version of that short. Also, the design of the Devil would later inspire a similar character in Cuphead.

Corpse Bride is a film that I actually seen a couple of years ago and this film really got me emotionally, especially with Victor, Victoria and Emily themselves. Also of note that the film served as a key influence to Hoffmaniada, a 2018 stop frame animated film by Soyuzmultfilm that has quite a long production in which it has started all the way back in 2001, specifically with its general atmosphere.
