That moment when it finally clicks that I'm struggling so hard with references and inheritance in Java is because it's basically pointers from C++ all over again, which is something I only barely survived the first time. Well, fine. I have a core concept that needs more work. I can do this.

The weirdest thing... my Java grade has increased since we went from algorithms to OOP. I'm now actually up to an A, whereas I was sitting with a D for a while earlier in the semester I suppose that means I need to do more work on algorithms, but I already have a solid OOP foundation.

There are TOO MANY interview prep resources online for Python coding interviews. I'm about to just keep doing my WGU Python labs, though a lot of times those feel more like playing "guess the unit test" with Zybooks than actually solving a problem.
