This is stupid, but the talking flower I got is a great measure against getting stuck in a hyperfocus and forgetting to eat. It announces the time every hour and chats every so often which often pulls me out of whatever activity I'm doing

Turns out CBT (the only thing the nhs offered me) doesn't really work for me due to aforementioned neurodivergence and most of my issues come down to my trauma. Who could've guessed!

Grumpy that people say they need ai to make game art for them, because they're "bad at it" (no such thing as bad human made art btw) when GRIST and similar exist.
