It has to be taken on a case by case basis since the issue with age gaps is uneven power dynamics. A 25 y/o dating a 30 y/o can be bad if the 30 y/o is using advantages from their age (financial stability, experience) to manipulate the other, but a 25 with 50 y/o relationship can be healthy.
