A PSWG style commish for @giraffebazooka.bsky.social ! #MyArt #Commission #VGenComm #PSWG

A fake " Panty and Stocking With Garterbelt " styled screenshot of GiraffeBazooka's oc. She stands proudly in the middle of the screen with her coat out wide, smugly looking out. Hidden behind her are her little bug arms.
The background is mostly red, with a big caught in a spider web shaped doorway behind her.

FACE BLINDNESS #art #oc #ocsky

Art of my OC Isaac taking off his gas mask to reveal a glowing ball with multiple sets of eyes and mouths emerging from behind him.
Geometric patterns appear behind him.

Isaac Gargoyle spent most of life surrounded by people in gas masks so he has really bad face blindness and only kind of remembers what his own face looked like.

like everyone sucking off hollowknight is fine but i prefer metroidvanias trying to have more rpg elements where you get to make fun builds and have a different experience every time cause of it. like i dont give a shit about beating a boss where you have to be patient or good thats not unique

040

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

like i jus kept thinking about metroidvania fun parts being that if youre stuck you could grind for more hearts or levels or look for secret items if youre a noob like thats why sotn had rpg elements in the first place.

141

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

thinking about it more like yeah i dont like hollowknight but no it is sooo weird they have blue bar instead of heart ammo like playing the demo just made me feel like i could be playing bloodstained or blasphemous like its kind of disinterested in being a castlevania game

goodbye laura does not subvert the fairy tale it is based on! it is not a story about combating amatonormativity because lara is not aro! she loves marie! she says this ! she is not being true to herself by leaving her and its not in character! she doesnt have agency shes a fictional character!

071

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

like i wouldnt be spoiling a show on main if people werent insulting people who read the obvious queerbait as queerbait by calling them illiterate and talking down to them the little mermaid is about how your queer love is doomed. in order to subvert it youd have to make the queer love not doomed.

170

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

guys i dont think 15 year olds should abandon their job their family their friends their loved ones to live alone far away i dont think lauras being true to herself by leaving

150

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

people who defend the goodbye laura ending by saying it subverts a fairy tale ending are living in a world where every fairy tale expects a woman to end up with another woman and its totally in the characters agency to leave the girl she loves after saying she only wants to live in a world with her

1101

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

i dont think "its ok if youre in love with this girl you can still leave her forever"is that interesting of a message personally, especially with the knowledge that the novel adaptation is gonna be written by a homophobe.

000

snail(commissions open!!!!!!!!!) @snailsalt.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

besides that, its wasnt really a story about fighting society's expectations that you should fall in love. up till the ending, it was about fighting society's expectations to not fall in love with someone like say, a mermaid, or, another woman. theres a reason gon tells marie to not care about laws.
