#18 (Aug 18) I've learned that I love a cozy mystery. This one has a Tiger Mom, a great ensemble, food and tea, lots & lots of tea. "People always say that your wedding day is the happiest day of your life, but honestly, people should try solving murders more often."

Jesus laying down his life out of love for the world rather than using all cosmic and political power to force the world to obey him will forever be the greatest critique of any Christian movement that seeks to secure power in order to ensure that others conform to their will.

I think it has to be a yes/and. For Black causes, I am more than willing to talk to rural voters, but I will also fight and defend myself. Right now, we are all allowed to be in our echo chambers. Those are good for affirmation and healing, but some battles are fought in spaces we don't want to go.
