Why do they need to do it lawfully and legally? I thought that was the entire fucking lesson we’ve learned over the last decade.
I want a dem president who will come in, tell SCOTUS to go fuck itself, and plow thru the necessary reforms to unfuck the country. I am no longer interested in “legality”
