NC is the preferred approach regardless of age. With the possibility of incorporating some flexibility, such as using NPP, triggering at smaller follicle sizes, or adopting flexible FET scheduling (6 or 7 days after hCG trigger), we have all the tools needed to make it feasible. #ESHREjc

I second everything. The data are relevant and should be considered when choosing/counseling. But let's not demonize artificial cycles which are frequently a safe and effective option for many women (and sometimes the only alternative to drop out) #ESHREjc

From our February issue, this review analyses the effect of 66 micronutrients in multiple studies and found evidence that only co-enzyme Q10 and resveratrol may have benefit in several parameters of clinical outcome in IVF - especially in women of an older maternal age. doi.org/10.1016/j.rb...

New insights on elective egg freezing: • Freezing before age 37 = approximately 20–30% of thawed oocytes develop into euploid embryos • Freezing between 38-42 = 8–9% Two key messages: 1. Timing is crucial for genetic outcomes 2. Quantity still matters — more frozen oocytes = more euploid embryos

Further confirmation that high AMH and AFC do not always mean oocyte quality. On the other hand, better ovarian reserve parameters could lead to higher number of mature oocytes, which is associated with higher live birth rates. Fertility is a delicate balance between quality and quantity!!!!!

💡Significant insight on PGT-A safety. In reproductive medicine, success is not just a positive pregnancy test. Success means a healthy mother and a healthy baby, born at term. This is the outcome that should define our clinical choices and priorities. #reproduction#infertility#genetic

Too often, we reduce a complex condition to a single cause—but endometrial inflammation can have multiple origins, not just microbial ones. Let’s move toward more precise, individualized care. Because better understanding leads to better outcomes.

AMH isn’t just a number but reflects lifestyle. A study in2,761 women shows: - ↓ AMH with oral contraceptives (but slower decline) and smoking - ↑ with higher coffee/tea intake - No clear link with BMI, exercise, or alcohol Have you seen this in your patients? #AMH #ReproductiveMedicine

🚨 New research highlights a clear concern: High intake of ultra-processed foods may impair fertility in both men and women, affecting gamete quality and early embryo development. 🥗 Nutrition matters: Prioritize whole, minimally processed foods!!!! #ReproductiveHealth #Nutrition
