Soooo, they pushed my surgery back another week. Now it's on the 16th. "Here's the first thing in 15 years to give you ANY relief from your pain" *takes it away* "There, now that the trial is over, you have to wait 2 months. Wait, sorry, another 2 weeks. Wait, sorry, another 2." *eye twitch*

Spinal Cord Stimulator surgery scheduled! September 2nd, So close but so far away 😭 The trial took away 90% of the pain in my leg and a decent amount in my back. Surgeon I had a consult with yesterday said I'll get as much relief if not more with the permanent one. Finally after 15 years, relief!

Emotional Shutdown. Haven't had this triggered since I was 18. Spent almost 5 hours staring at the wall, in the dark, in my office last night. My husband came close to losing me at 3am from a series of thoughts and steps I was debating taking in the garage. I can't feel anything.
