#r4today already getting it wrong in its coverage from Turkey: 1) Turkey has never been "welcoming" to refugees. The EU paid it, a lot, to prevent people reaching its borders, and Turkey has been shown to repeatedly abuse them. 2) Refugees are not "illegal". Nothing about what they do is illegal.

It's great to see UK based content growing on Bluesky. We still haven't got many big media organisations or government bodies etc on here. Everyone needs to do what they can to encourage more to come across - they don't need to ditch other platforms, but at least to have a presence here.

There are literally only 8 maybe 10, Brexit trade-related posts which we've all been recycling for the last 8 years. This is partially why I love the new sustainability policies and their impact on the customs industry so much - I just can't continue talking about the same 8 Brexit points.

Interesting if true - would be for three years, not the four years in Commission proposal - no mention of tuition fees on the visible part of the article (the Commission had proposed equal treatment with nationals) - remember the EU Member States have not yet agreed on a negotiation mandate
