My stipulation is that if someone goes into a tag of a subject they don't like looking to harass artists they also get banned or at the very least blocked from viewing that tag. I get why artists don't tag and social media needs to respond to this beyond just nuking art considered controversial.

I believe all social media should have tagging systems as robust as boorus and users should be forced to tag their posts else they get banned I am so for real. At the very least it should be considered good practice on a site like this, like alt text. People should remind people.

Garbage like Adobe still doesn't work obviously but I don't really want to use it anymore. It's a scam. I like Krita. I like Blender. I like Kdenlive. I'm starting to make some music with LMMS and trackers too. I know it's not an answer for all but the open source creation tools are getting good.

Trenchbroom wasn't playing nice with Wayland so I had to set some environment variables. That was fixed with an update. ShaderEd would core dump when I tried to browse the online plugins area so I had to use it through Wine. That's all I can think of right now.
