I want my country back. By that, I mean a country where I would be confident that a thug who livestreamed himself stabbing an RNLI dingy on an active operation would a) Be universally condemned b) Be swiftly arrested, put on trial and if found guilty, face many years in jail. I miss that country.

Danny Tommo has been filmed slashing a dinghy in the channel containing migrants and a rescue worker on board. There is no mention of this on the BBC news website at all as far as I can see. Yet when he and his thugs turn up in masks it's all "Legitimate protestors show ankle in Dover".

What on earth is happening?

This had become the new normal. RNLI crew members had been forced to take their permits off their cars after their tyres have been repeatedly slashed. Most of them have been pilloried at the school gates or turned away from local pubs. One man who worked in search and rescue had been beaten unconscious and hospitalised, recognised for TV interviews he had done.

Fiery Furnaces were entirely epic live - saw them twice in the space of a few months and not only were the live versions of their songs different to the record, they were different to the other gig! They must have had the most insane rehearsal schedule.

Looking for gigs - October onwards! We are a female fronted 4-piece original indie rock band. Influences include Wet Leg, Kate Bush, Supergrass and The Beatles. We are very committed to promoting all our gigs on social media channels, our mailing list and WhatsApp community.
