Yams had a surgery today to remove her polydactyl thumbs, because they were causing her pain. Never knew extra toes could have complications but here we are. She is far less bothered by the amputation than she is having to wear a cone and take drugs. Overjoyed every moment we take the cone off hehe

X-rays of two polydactyl cat paws. They show a fully formed extra toe on both feet, but also a pair of malformed toes in between two full ones. Orthopedic vet concluded that removing only the malformed toes wasn't going to help Yams, so all four thumbs were amputated.

Yams after coming home from the surgery. She's a tortoiseshell cat, here happily lounging on a person's lap and squinting her eyes. Little does she know she's about to wear a cone merely minutes later.
Both of her front paws are shaved and stitched, and she has a bandage on her arm from the IV.

I got inspired 40 mins before AF ended so I hastily made an attack on kaleido-ghost and even forgot to tag it as a revenge. :') Love a good brown+blue color scheme. #art #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

A little icon I made for my guide server, mimicking the in-game icons in Beasts of Bermuda. It's a tad too complex to make a good icon, but I loved making it regardless~ It depicts an Oryctodromeus with 4 different skins from the game. #art #beastsofbermuda

A digital artwork by Skudde depicting a curled up Oryctodromeus in a geometric, angular style. The dinosaur's body is divided into sections, each with its own unique pattern and colors. The drawing is framed by a rounded square to make it the perfect shape to be a Discord icon, and everything has a rough texture to make it look like a colorful stone tablet.

Revenge for Airaly Striking the balance between "I have a really cool idea" and "Don't spend too long on a single piece" is tough sometimes. #art #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

A digital artwork by Skudde where an aquatic dragon character belonging to Arialy is swimming underwater. The ocean is dark, but beams of light shine through the surface and the intricate, illuminated patterns on the dragon's back and fin-like wings bring a sort of comforting balance to the scene.

Artfight revenge on Ravenheart Sometimes your plans of "just something little" go out of the window when the character is cool enough. #art #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

A digital artwork by Skudde of an all white deer-like character belonging to Ravenheart. The animal has branches growing out of its head, leg and tail, filled with red leaves and are growing and withering at the same, fast pace. The animal's long hair is swirling in motion and its folded wings are fading into the darkness behind it.

Being realistic doesn't also equal dooming. Dooming kills pushback efforts by encouraging you to give up. Everyone is entitled to their private thoughts but you need to think about it before you just start brain dumping on people's posts designed to encourage action

So here's the situation... The message is long, so I had to make it as a image post, sorry about that.. and about everything. Pessi is doing better, but I am still monitoring him and worried about him. He means the world to me. #helpneeded #help #vgen #commissions #furry #digitalartist #ko-fi

My father will pay the newest vet bill and I will owe him 550€ - I need to pay him 50-100€ per month, which is going to take most, if not all, of my groceries funds for each month. I am in debt to him and I have few bills that are now overdue.. so I am unfortunately now begging for help, any help!

I need about 1000€ before the middle of next month, so I can pay all the bills from the pile and be able to get food for myself. Pessi has enough food, thankfully, but I will not have funds for food. 2000€ would help me to pay back my father immediately and be able to pay more bills and also buy food for a longer time.

This situation sucks, I hate this and I am stressing which affect directly Pessi - he stresses when I do and that just causes me more stress and so it goes... please, if you have anything to spare, if you want a commission (with lowered prices) or maybe share this, I'd be forever grateful. Situation here is dire and I am on the verge of a mental breakdown.

I will be starting a practice job on the 1st of next month, so next Monday, but it won't be a paid position. It could in the future be one, but for now it's not going to be paid work.

YOU CAN DM ME HERE OR IN DISCORD (Moirasars) FOR COMMISSIONS!

Some thoughts relating to the gradual but very apparent normalisation of genAI image use in the public display sector:

An unfortunate reality for those of us creating art for the public display sector is that third parties hired by the same clients we initially produced the art for may run our work through some level of genAI slop machine, even if we try everything in our power to prevent it.

I have friends that this has happened to in circumstances that were completely beyond their control, yet have still received the brunt of the response, with the actual guilty parties remaining anonymous, and the lack of due diligence on the client's part remaining uncriticised.

So, given I'm stepping further into the public display sector, I want to make something very clear now:

If you ever see my work modified by genAI or mixed up alongside it, I was not the party who used it, I did not approve it, and if in my power, I will certainly fight against it.

Happy #TransDayOfVisibility !! 🏳️‍⚧️ I'm a trans man and an artist from Finland, I draw lots of ocs and fantasy related stuff!

A colorful painting of a person's face in the center looking right at the viewer with a star shaped eye. There are three hands framing the face, one of then pointing at the viewer. Sharp wisps of light in white, pink and blue shine with the eye as a focal point.

A scanned page from a sketchbook, full of various drawings in pink and black. Themes are LGBTQ+ love, strawberries and mermaids.

Drawing of two original characters walking side by side while shopping. The shorter one with pink hair looks relaxed and holds gently the face of her companion. The tall blonde holds the shorter one's waist and carries shopping bags, and looks happy but nervous.

Two drawings of weirdly mutated sea creatures with young human faces. The top one is a mix of a crab and an octopus, and the bottom one resembles a seal
