1 week. Last load out day is the 11th. That gives one day for oops, cleaning and key return. Still need to clean the move in location. Don't mind doing that, as my rent will be reduced by half. Also grateful I can do house improvements in place of just paying rent. It's good I'm a handy skunk!

Today was a day. Went to work, despite not feeling it. Keeping busy helps. Only had to walk out of the shop a couple times. Checked in with most of the old work crew. Everyone's feeling as expected. There's no good reason for this. But we go on anyway. Because that's what we do.

The fickle thing of the human mind. Got word a friend, former co worker, took a final action sometime Friday night. I feel for his Mother, and his brothers. Had my differences with him. He spent a lot of time with some very fucked up ideology in his head. He was stuck with some of it.

Taking Friday off work. Haven't gone camping in way too long. Maybe go to Colorado, visit the Grand Mesa, loop down to Ouray and Silverton. The trees should be popping. Moving starts in a week. Got 2 and a half weeks to get out of this apartment. Going solo just isn't as fun as it once was.

Got one thing sorted amid the next several weeks of change and who the hell knows. Living space secured for the next several months. May need to move in the spring, if the place goes on the market. I'll take living in a house through the winter, at almost half my current rent.

Made myself some blueberry pancakes. Think I used the right amount of blueberries. *No chocolate. chips were harmed in the process. But the berries were devoured*
