Of course. The Supreme Court kicked off its new term today by hearing oil companies’ attempt to throw out a lawsuit seeking to make them pay for climate damage they caused. The outcome could determine whether similar lawsuits brought by cities and counties across the country can move forward.

The Trump administration just finalized the rescission of the Public Lands Rule and it’s as bad as it sounds. The Public Lands Rule was a protection that put conservation, cultural sites, clean water, and outdoor recreation on equal footing with oil, gas, mining, and grazing on BLM lands.
