Started a new thing where between the hours of 7am and 7pm I must do 5 squats per hour. Hope to up it to 10 in the next couple weeks, but for now I'm just happy that I've been able to stick with it! I have found the bad thing about the new mattress. It takes heat away from my body so effectively that I no longer have the correct amount of blanket coverage to keep a balanced sleep temperature. It's either one too many or one too few with no in between LOL
