3 days into using psyllium husk and yeah, I can absolutely see why this can work. I might see about getting a juice to mix it in though, because water gets the job done but damn it does not taste good 😬 Makes me grateful I can chug like a goddamn champ when I need to ahahahah

It's a victory though, oddly, because I'm showing myself even if there's a bump I can still keep up the plan (and I'm supposed to celebrate all my little victories agahah)

Not me realizing my gran's fiber supplement she used as long as I could remember was also an appetite suppressant. No wonder she ate like a bird and was the size of a twig. She took it before people even knew it helped with satiety issues and here I am using it for that and not for fiber 🤣

V2.5 of my "bedjet". Realized I could cram the hose between the slats of the footboard. So now I won't kick it or risk shoving the blankets off of it, but it's still shooting air at me. I also placed a "dry ice" ice pack under the fan. Both excellent decisions ahahah

Upgraded my DIY bedjet with a cardboard cone and it's definitely stronger than it was yesterday and absolutely saving my ass. I might have to sleep in my office with my little portable ac over the weekend though cause what do you mean it's gonna be 90+ with 90% humidity????

I'll probably try adding a box around the fan to force more air up into the hose, but as a temp measure it was fantastic ahaha!

Crappy crappy picture but here the visual! I have the fan pointing straight up and taped the hose to the center. Then I flexed the hose up onto the bed pointed at me. I ended up with my regular sheet and one blanket tucked in under it, and then an additional blanket tucked over top of it.
