Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 17hWhat I’d do with City. Stripped of all titles. Enough points to relegate them this or next season. Whenever appeal is complete. Can only spend what they recoup in transfer fees for 9 seasons. 410
Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Could this seriously affect the levels of sponsorship Man City can get going forward. Their reputation is in tatters so they can’t claim sponsoring them is an attractive deal for companies and if a closely tied one was sponsor surely that would way over current market value. 110

Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Donald Trump has released a statement after official release of Man City’s guilty verdict. It was fantastic. Working with Britain, it was an amazing job. We had them under investigation. They, they were looking to do big damage to the Premier League, and working with the British worked out great. 110

Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Could we have a situation were other clubs sue the Premier League also if the punishment isn’t harsh enough? Surely there’s a legitimate argument in terms of stripping titles and money lost given the scale of rule breaking. 221

Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 26/09/2026The lawsuits against Man City could be absolutely astronomical in comparison to Everton having to pay just one team for just one season. Their owners might be financing the rest of the Premier League for a good while! Then would that compensation count towards PSR/SCR? My guess is not. 100

Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 24/09/2026What do you guys feel is our best eleven now, everyone fit? I think it’s pretty obviously this myself: Suzuki Cash Lindelof Torres Maatsen Kamara Gomes McGinn Manzambi Mbaye Jackson Might be that Goretzka gets in there once fit and settled too. 430
Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Anyone think Garnacho was a safety net deal in case we couldn’t get either Mbaye or Leao over the line? Or is it simply the rise of George Hemmings has meant he’s not needed at the hefty £40m ish release clause. I do honestly think Emery is at the very least having doubts on triggering it. 250
Sir Bob @sirbobavfc.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Now I’ve seen all of the younger new signings (alongside Madjo) I’m convinced the potential for this team is greater than the one it replaced. The only area of the pitch I’m not sure we’ll be better is the 2 cbs and cms but I think we’ll gain more from the attacking 4 once they’ve developed. 270
