Ok... Onto a shopping center inspired by 'The Grove'! I wanted to do a 'Rodeo Drive' build here but the space is too small and my hotel was always going to be on the biggest lot of this neighborhood.

Figured out my High School Years Auditorium issue. It was because I was pressing the wrong option and bulldozed the remaining categories. All 4 categories now have a build to them... An entire year later LOL

I'm thinking of hosting open mics, improv classes, and more... aside from the comedy shows This is actually possible with an in-game... finally😂😂😂 Custom Venues have been sneaking up my list lately!

(NSB Rose Gen) I know that she is tired of me putting so many people in her face every time she steps out of the house. From world speeches to, now, more paparazzi😆😆😆😆😆

The custom venues may be tedious to set up but... a time is always had! Enjoying the fruits of my labor (sims, venue schedule, build)😂😂😂

(NSB Yellow Gen) Zinnia has now entered the astronaut career!🎉 I did bump her down to level 1. That was the point of me building this training facility... to train her and the others up the ranks lol

Did I try out the in-game marquee and not like it with this build? Yes. Did I just spend an hour creating a cc free marquee instead? Yes. Did I have to move each individual light bulb to the second floor because, unlike the liners, they were floating while I was on the ground floor? Yes. 🥹🥲
