Ok... Onto a shopping center inspired by 'The Grove'! I wanted to do a 'Rodeo Drive' build here but the space is too small and my hotel was always going to be on the biggest lot of this neighborhood.

Did I try out the in-game marquee and not like it with this build? Yes. Did I just spend an hour creating a cc free marquee instead? Yes. Did I have to move each individual light bulb to the second floor because, unlike the liners, they were floating while I was on the ground floor? Yes. 🥹🥲
