Pre-print #2 from the lab this year! We took a closer look at the m1A methyltransferase TRMT61B (a super interesting enzyme that targets multiple types of RNA), and explored location-dependent effects of TRMT61B-mediated m1A on mRNA translation. Led by very talented grad student, Dorthy Fang!
