Watching sumo while I work. Out of the 600 dudes competing there are 18 guys who are 40 or older. Two of them at 49. Down there in the lower divisions fighting guys just out of high school. I wondered why they would still be doing it at their age but hospitalizing a teen is probably hella cathartic.

Funny how the Acid Bath Reunion shows are filling big theatres and outdoor venues but when godheadsilo got back together they were playing in tiny-ass clubs. Like how Metallica hasn't played a great live show in decades but they still play arenas while many of the OG NWOBHM bands are in clubs.
