At what point do I worry about this? Any tips on how to reduce the pain? It's muscular and arthritis pain, which could both be from PsA. This is the worst neck flare I've had, so it's sorta new territory.

Friday night there was some excitement at the neighbor's house (electrical problem w/arching electricity, loud pops, sparks, and a tree fire) so I ended up standing on the porch watching, like a good neighbor 😂 I ended up with a really bad neck flare up. It's still flared and I'm in a lot of pain.

I ordered an iced oatmilk latte from Dutch bros earlier and the guy was too preoccupied to listen to me and I got an iced COW MILK latte. I am allergic to cow's milk. Fortunately not an anaphylactic allergy, but an allergy. Now I have a headache and my whole GI tract is very angry.
