It would also mean a way to find work, which is impossible in LA without a car. Plus I wouldn't have to show up to the interview all sweaty from lugging all my bags around so they don't get stolen, which is exhausting at my age. Being homeless takes 30 years off your life. 😩

I can never get up and move around. I can never dance or exercise or work out or express myself physically. I'm never free, because there are a million eyes on me at all times. Homelessness is a prison.
