Fun fact: Minoru Yamasaki didn't just design the World Trade Center, he also was responsible for Pruitt–Igoe, the urban housing project which became emblematic of the failure of modern architecture and public policy attempts to create housing at scale. The destruction featured in Koyaanisqatsi.
