Honestly the finale of Goodbye Lara was above and beyond what I wanted. I understand some people may be disappointed with it but this was literally the queerest and most joyful and hopeful finale I have ever watched. it’s odd to me that people characterize mari as emotionless when she clearly—at least, to me—is down BADDDD for lara. she was a sad puppy at the end, but she would never tell lara how to live her life. as it what said, she knows how to be strong, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a big heart.
