In most cases, the job of UX is to compress and deliver information. Either to the user, or from the user. When we use this lens, it highlights the importance of using known patterns. Like a language of how people expect things to work, or what they are trying to convey.

As an extension, we can think of LLMs and GPTs as “translators”. They infer more information based on what the input was, and can take the compressed meaning of what we express and expand on it.

Thanks! When you say gated feeds, do you mean we could make a private feed and programmatically enable / disable who can access it? (Eg: one-to-many messaging). Or could we do many to many by adding people to the feed?

@burrito.space do you know if there’s any way of doing groups atm? Programmatically. We are working on a Patreon style app and would love to make AT proto groups for them. Use access control for people who pay to join, etc. Do you know if there’s progress and we could collab with the effort?
