I am loving the rowing machine! I have a session limit of number of rows and do at least two sessions a day. These are, of course, flexible but only upwards (except for illness and wotnot, genuine reasons not excuses, of which I have many). Today is one of those flexible days already.

The best boost for book sales is word of mouth recommendation. Always has been, always will be. You can support your favourite writers by sharing your enthusiasm in person and online, and with ratings and reviews - which aren't homework assignments. Saying 'this is great, I loved it' will do fine.

I took my Agoraphobia & walked in the opp direction of my most recent, short walks. 4kms approx AND over the Pont du Pérolles - can’t remember if I’ve ever done it on my own! It’s busy & noisy & Too Much AND I did it, then shopped in Lidl, which freaks me out, but I kept my shit together. #ONWARDS!
