Last week, North Carolina's lawmakers rolled out THIS year's sweeping new elections bill. This happens every year now - North Carolina's entire elections administration has now been re-written half a dozen times over by the exact same people, year after year. Understand that they have a plan.

In my county, we have an membership electric company and I get my check each year of my dividends. Our hospital used to be a volunteer hospital but is now owned by 2 different medical health chains. Our hospital had to do that in order to stay in the county. Another county lost their hospital.
