After years of helping organizations navigate change, I learned that getting through a transformation isn't enough. We need to build the capacity for the next one. That's why I developed the PATH™ Framework. Change leadership must evolve with the world we're leading. amplifiedconcepts.com/guidi...

I keep coming back to one question: Why do organizations invest so much in change and so little in helping people navigate it? If you know a leader struggling with AI adoption, transformation, or execution, I'd welcome an introduction. amplifiedconcepts.com/refer/

I keep coming back to this idea with AI: progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to be transformative. Make one accountable improvement. Learn from it. Build on it. Keep human judgment involved. The future may belong to organizations that become better one deliberate step at a time.

One lesson keeps showing up in AI conversations: people aren't resisting technology as much as they're responding to a loss of influence. When the stakes are real and people have no voice, the brain shifts into defense. Better change starts with shared ownership.

The more I use AI, the more I value expertise. AI can help me create something impressive. An expert sees the risks, tradeoffs and questions I don't know to ask. In a world of infinite output, judgment may become far more valuable than the ability to generate another option.
