In Scotland, there is free personal care for all adults in need. This covers help with personal hygiene, continence, diet, mobility and simple treatments. The upper threshold for residential care is £35,000. In England, social care is fully means-tested and the upper capital limit is only £23,250.

Why did BBC Scotland’s Laura MacIver CONCEAL from the public that Andrew Burns is not politically neutral, he’s a former Labour Councillor.
