I'm making a go fund me as well but the need here is immediate. It's large. But it affects a multi-generational Indigenous family that has fought tirelessly for community and who needs community now to show back up.
You know I don't ask unless it's needed. I can't share specific for safety reasons, but it involves documents that were hidden/shredded by a family member experiencing memory loss- and it wasn't found until now due to other family emergencies unfolding.
$8,000 is the immediate need to get this house off the auction block. It is needed by Monday. The family is pursuing every available resource and you know how few those are.
