I was on my old academic stomping grounds yesterday for the first time in ages. It's now been two years since I left #academia and I think a lot of people have a grass is always greener attitude about it. Academia does have a lot of pros and it was a tough decision but I'm happy in my meadow ☺️

Over the years I've seen so many Dutch thesis/dissertations with absolutely wonderful graphic design. Does anyone know if this is encouraged by universities (do they have suggested designers? is it promoted in their rules?) or where this comes from?
