Happy Christmas to me! BPD Compass leads to significant improvements in neuroticism, agreeableness, and conscientious and effects were mostly medium and large. Doesn’t matter if you use the PID-5, the BFI-2, or the FFBI. For criterion A stans, LPFS improves significantly too
